Begin by uploading a complete set of documentation for your machinery or system—this can include manuals, operating instructions, technical guides, and any other resources that provide an understanding of your technology. These documents serve as the foundation for the AI module, enabling it to “learn” about the specifics of your equipment and operating conditions. - Connect PLCs and Configure Monitoring
After the documentation upload, link your Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to DataTalk. Then, choose which data tags you want to monitor and set up any critical alarms that should be tracked. This setup lets the AI module understand what parameters are important and where to focus its analysis. - Activate the AI Module
Once your technology and tags are set, the AI module is ready to work. Here’s what it does:- Contextual Understanding: The AI module reads all the provided manuals and documents to gain a contextual understanding of your technology and its operations.
