Users can easily access essential technical information, emergency instructions, or basic diagnostic procedures in the event of a machine failure.
Organizing Documentation:
- Categorization: To maintain a well-structured document repository, categorize the documents according to their relevant topics. You can create directories to organize the files effectively. For instance, if the document pertains to a specific machine, you might label the directory as “Machine.”
- File Upload: Once the directory is established, you can upload documents to it. Currently, only PDF files are supported for upload, ensuring that the documents remain easily accessible and consistent in format.
