The Documents section provides a centralized location for users to upload and manage documentation directly within the project. This feature is invaluable for storing technical sheets, user manuals, and other critical documents related to the technology that DataTalk controls or interacts with. Users can easily access essential technical information, emergency instructions, or basic diagnostic procedures in the event of a machine failure.

Organizing Documentation:

  1. Categorization: To maintain a well-structured document repository, categorize the documents according to their relevant topics. You can create directories to organize the files effectively. For instance, if the document pertains to a specific machine, you might label the directory as “Machine.”
  2. File Upload: Once the directory is established, you can upload documents to it. Currently, only PDF files are supported for upload, ensuring that the documents remain easily accessible and consistent in format.

This section enhances the user experience by providing quick access to crucial information, facilitating efficient troubleshooting, and informed decision-making within the operational environment.
